Comfortable villa conveniently situated between Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia at less than a ten minute drive from either of the towns and located in a very quiet and secluded area of Pollensa.
This two storey property lies in the heart of the Pollensa farmland and enjoys beautiful views of the Tramuntana Mountain range and the sea in the far.
The house is very well secluded by a high hedge, the entrance takes you directly into the comfortable lounge / dining area with wood burning stove, flat screen TV with satellite and DVD. Open plan kitchen area with breakfast bar. The kitchen comes complete with dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven and microwave.
The two twin bedrooms are found on the ground floor so as two of the three bathrooms.
A staircase leads to the first floor where the third bedroom, with a double bed, is located. There is a shower room with WC.
A sofa bed lies on the first floor for extra accommodation.
Outside a large balcony offers fantastic views from the first floor across the Pollensa Bay in the distance.
Downstairs the covered porch offers enough space for al fresco dining, the 8 x 4 m swimming pool with built in steps and the brick built BBQ completes the outside.
The villa has WIFI through out the property. All bedrooms are air conditioned on a timer.
A car is essential when booking this property.
