Villa Victoria is located within the quiet residential area of Valverde which is two minutes to the beach resort of Cala Llonga and five minutes to Santa Eularia.
Stunning Mediterranean gardens with palm trees surround an enormous paved terrace, where you will find the kidney shaped swimming pool of 10m by 4m which is surrounded by sunbathing areas with comfortable sun loungers.
The main entrance to the villa leads to a spacious living area with large doors leading out to a sun terrace with views over the garden and the valley.
Located on the lower level is the kitchen and dining area, comprising of a modern open-plan fully fitted kitchen. From the kitchen/dining area, doors lead onto a covered terrace with large dining table, chairs and a gas BBQ.
The villa also features WiFi, a Sonos music system and Smart TVs.
