Can Fiol is an imposing stone-built villa with modern interiors and stunning outdoor areas. Perfectly located between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, this villa has been designed to impress.
Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors. Double wooden doors lead into a large hallway, finished with precious marble and featuring a staircase leading to the upper floor. The large, purposely built kitchen includes a walk-in utility room, large diner and doors leading out to the surrounding terraces. The breakfast area has been attractively furnished with an aluminium and glass topped table with brightly coloured orange chairs. A separate, large dining room/lounge with two sets of glass double doors lead out onto the rear terrace is available. On this floor there is a toilet for guests and a twin bedroom with its own walk-in shower room.
On the upper floor there are 2 further bedrooms, respectively a double and a twin. Both have access to a panoramic terrace. The twin bedroom has its own shower room while the double bedroom has a bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower.
The private swimming pool is set within extensive gardens with lawn offering excellent opportunities for outdoor living and dining (including a fantastic poolside kitchen area). The rear terrace runs all along the villa and has rattan sofas, chairs and tables. From this terrace a path lead across to the poolside shower and purpose built covered BBQ. The lawned gardens are beautifully landscaped and planted with local trees and shrubs, and are beautifully lit at night.
