Villa Madison is a fabulous villa that encompasses three houses into one making it a perfect place for a group of family and friends to come together, but still have plenty of space. Accommodating up to 20 people in ten different bedrooms and only 150 meters from the beach it is the ideal villa for a celebration in the sun. The grounds of the villa spread over 3000 square meters and filled with plenty of greenery, flowers and terraces where you can enjoy views and watch the sun go down. The villa has three independent suites, two swimming pools, a paddle course, air conditioning in all the bedrooms, satellite television, high speed internet and located within walking distance to restaurants, chiringuitos and cafes. The villa was recently refurbished and has been designed with comfortable Andalusian style and décor. The large gardens surround the suites meaning you will be spoiled for choice for where to spend your afternoons. With terraces in both the front and the sides of the villa you will be able to enjoy the sunshine all day long. Should you choose to escape the rays there is a covered terrace where you can enjoy a respite from the sun and a game of pool at the same time. The primary suite contains three bedrooms and open plan salon with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom one has a double bed and en-suite with a shower. Bedroom two has a double bed and an en-suite with shower and the third and final bedroom has two single beds with en-suite. The second suite of the house offers four bedrooms, kitchen and salon with television and fireplace. Bedroom one offers 4 single beds with an en-suite with shower and toilet. Bedroom two has one single bed, the third bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The fourth bedroom is the master bedroom which can be reached going up a flight of stairs. This bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and views out to the pool and garden area. The third suite has a lovely salon area with television, fully equipped kitchen and access to the second pool area. Bedroom room one has two single beds with en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two and three both have single beds and share a bathroom with a shower.
