Another bathroom with a shower is also conveniently situated on this level.
Venturing to the first floor, you’ll find a suite with four single beds (2 x 1.10 m x 1.90 m; 2 x 0.80 m x 2.00 m), featuring a bathroom with a shower, a television, and air conditioning. Additionally, there’s a double suite with a 1.60 m x 2.00 m bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and air conditioning. A third double suite offers a generous 1.80 m x 2.00 m bed, along with a bathroom that boasts both a bathtub and a shower, also equipped with air conditioning. This level provides access to two terraces, one at the same elevation as the bedrooms and another rooftop terrace featuring a barbecue area.
Ensuring safety and security, an extendable safety railing is provided for stairway protection.
