Spacious and airy, Can Martin is a fabulous detached holiday home perfectly located within walking distance to the old town of Pollensa. Provided with a generously sized private pool, extensive gardens and panoramic views, this villa offers a truly privileged location and all the amenities able to turn a holiday into a memorable experience. With 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and welcoming interiors, Can Martin can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests.
The entrance door opens into the cozy living and dining room with fireplace (satellite TV, DVD player, wi-fi internet). The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 4 cooking rings, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine in a dedicated utility area) with adjoining dining area has direct access to the outdoor barbecue area and terrace (furnished for al-fresco dining). A couple of stairs lead from the living room to a spacious twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. The master double bedroom suite (air-conditioned) with dresser is also on this level and has an en suite full bathroom which , thanks to double doors, can also be accessed from the hallway.
A staircase from the living room takes you to the first floor and a second comfy living area. Also on the first floor there is the third bedroom (twin, air-conditioned) with fitted wardrobes and direct access to a fabulous sun terrace providing extensive views over the pool area. There is also a family shower room on the upper floor. The villa has been carefully renovated retaining many of its original features, providing a traditional yet sophisticated atmosphere for an unforgettable holiday.
Outside, the spacious gardens offer a playground for children, a barbecue, an L-shaped private pool with outdoor shower and table tennis. The terraces invite the guests to relax and enjoy the beautiful panoramic views. This is the ideal location to relax in privacy, or to enjoy outdoor dining, miles away from stress and daily routine. Yet, with amazing sandy beaches just a few minutes’ drive away!
