Introducing our brand new holiday villa rental in Carvoeiro: Villa Olive. This modern villa located in Sesmarias boasts 6 bedrooms and a private pool. Recently renovated in 2021, Villa Olive offers a comfortable and bright atmosphere for up to 13 guests.
Conveniently located near supermarkets, beaches, and Carvoeiro, Villa Olive is the perfect vacation spot. Upon entering the villa, you’ll find an inviting living room with comfortable sofas and a dining area with seating for 8. The open kitchen is fully equipped with amenities such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and more.
On the right side of the living room, you’ll find a bedroom with a set of bunk beds, while on the left side, there are 3 bedrooms. Each of these 3 bedrooms features a double bed (160 x 200 cm or 200 x 200 cm) and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
