For those long, hot summer days, there is plenty at the villa to keep everyone amused with entertainment ranging from a private pool and a badminton net to table tennis, a croquet set and a giant chess game. The villa’s location in the breath-taking Tuscan countryside is also perfect for lovers of peace and quiet, as there are 80 acres of private woodland for peaceful strolls. The nearest restaurant is just a ten-minute drive away – an extra 5 minutes on the road will take you to Monterchi which is filled with more restaurants and all the necessary shops....

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
