Visit our Beautiful Pool Home, perfectly set up for 4+ families. Our home is designer decorated and renovated from the inside out. There are three Cal-king masters with en-suites and two children’s bedrooms on the main floor. Upstairs in the loft is a queen size bedroom with an en-suite. The two children’s bedrooms are full over full bunk beds with a shared hallway bathroom. All bedrooms have a 47’’ LCD TV. The bathrooms are beautifully upgraded with marble countertops, hardware, and custom-tiled showers. The hall bathroom room has a separate shower and bathtub. Hardwood floors run throughout. Spacious open-concept main living room. Beautifully upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Plenty of seating at the custom dining room table, with additional seating at the Kitchen island. Main Living Room has a 60’ TV w/DVD player and Time Warner’s top 250 channels. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is included. A full-size washer and dryer are located right off the kitchen, and a second living room. Both of the living room sectionals contained queen sleeper beds. The game room is in the basement with ping pong and a foosball table. There are strollers, high chairs, and booster seats for your infants & toddlers. The home has Central Air & Heat. Queen air mattress available in the house with additional bedding. Relax in our sparkling pool with Jacuzzi in the rear yard. We monitor and control the temperature for you remotely from our office to make sure it will be on and to the temperature when you arrive. Enjoy our outdoor seating and natural gas BBQ Grill. 6-7 miles to Disneyland and about 6-7 miles to Anaheim Convention Center. This house SLEEPS 20 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 20 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. No Outside Music of Any Kind No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. *All Major credit cards & debit cards are accepted. There is a Refundable $500 Security Deposit (To Ensure City Rules are Kept) - Held by Marriott No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance. Pool heated to 82 F, Jacuzzi heats up to 102 F ($25/day Mandatory Pool Fee - Included in Pricing) All homes are cleaned per CDC guidelines and fogged with a hospital-grade disinfectant. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. If you reside within 100 miles of Disneyland, there will be an extra $500 security deposit to ensure city rules and regulations are kept. Additionally, houses are protected with Security Cameras. There are NO inside cameras. All rentals booked within 2 weeks of arrival: Extra screening/background checks and proof of payment are required. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is; suspicious of fraudulent behavior, determined to be made under any false pretenses, or for any purposes that would violate city/state or federal law. We also reserve the right to cancel the reservation(s) of ANY booking with technical error(s) that includes but is not limited to; pricing, website difficulties, or any other issue that may arise in the booking stage of a reservation.
