If you still need a bigger beach, you just have to go 200m down the street, where you will find another one, and a bit ahead another one etc. We would recommend using some kind of transport in order to carry your gear, shopping etc. even though it is not absolutely necessary. The shops are only 10-15 minutes away on foot, and the view of the seaside road that leads to Gaios is quite pleasant and very safe. The building is constructed amphitheatrically on top of rocks, overlooking the waves of the open sea and the costal line of main Greece. The villa can accommodate 10 to 12 persons with ease (more beds available if needed). The contraction philosophy of the building is to provide privacy and independence to all residents. In this way, each of the 5 luxury bedrooms has its own bathroom and balcony with view at the sea. It has 2 fully equipped kitchens, and 2 living rooms. Moreover, the building can be divided into two totally autonomous spaces if necessary, which we call the ‘Ionia Studio’ (smaller one) and ‘Ionia Villa’ (bigger one). License number : 0829Κ122Κ7761001
