The house is also just five minutes from the medieval town of Radda in Chianti and its restaurants, and is well-positioned for exploring the local area. The English-speaking owners live next door and are happy to suggest local attractions. The nearby towns of Castellina, Panzano, and Greve, host the region’s largest wine fair in September. The Monte San Michele Nature Park offers breathtaking hikes or leisurely rambles with a licensed wilderness guide, and the cities of Siena, Arezzo, and Florence are all within an hour’s drive, each offering a wealth of art, culture, food, and drink. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
