What a beauty! Poolincluded Villa Nia is newly built, a modern and comfortable villa with private pool, suitable for 10 people, near Umag. It is equipped with high-quality designer furniture. The roofed terrace is the perfect place for an extended lunch or dinner. The huge grill is perfect to prepare grilled fish, meat or vegetables!
On the ground floor, there is a living room overlooking and direct access to a large pool with deck chairs, beautifully landscaped gardens and green surroundings. The fully equipped kitchen with a dining area (electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher), and two en suite bedrooms with private bathrooms makes it complete.
On the second floor are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, and one with a private bathroom and pool view. Air conditioners are located in the living room and in the hallway on the second floor. The bedrooms do not have air conditioning in the room.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
