Luxury Villa Valhalla is the ideal accommodation for up to 8 guests. It is located in an idyllic surrounding of central Istria, in a small village called Barat, near Kanfanar.
The villa consists of 4 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with kingsize beds, each with its own private bathroom. One of the bedrooms has an exit to the balcony. An additional separate WC can be found near the living room. On the ground floor, you can find a tastefully decorated living room that combines modern and local elements. The living room is connected to the fully equipped kitchen with all necessary cooking appliances and a dining area. Outdoors, you can enjoy swimming in the pool (55m2) or relax on sunbeds located right next to the pool. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Cancellation Insurance: 6.98% of the booking price. Max.: 20000 EUR.
