Charming Villa Maria is located in a prime spot just 5 minute’s walk from the waterfront of desirable and trendy Agios Stephanos. It is a simple, honest little villa but it offers everything you could wish for in a holiday base for a family of small group of friends. The inside space is light and well-designed with the double bedroom and living room doors opening onto the balcony with sits just above the spacious main terrace. Here you can soak up the sun on the loungers before cooling off in the 7.5m pool and then put your barbecue skills to work and enjoy alfresco dining. If you decide to head out for the evening you will find a selection of upmarket of bars and tavernas in Agios Stephanos or you could head further afield to enjoy the offerings of larger towns such as Kassiopi. Although Agios Stephanos has its own little beach, we would definitely recommend visiting the beaches of Avlaki and Kerasia which are both a 5 minute drive...

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
