Ca’n Tortet is a beautiful and contemporary 3 bedroom villa. It has an open plan living/dining room with satellite TV and dvd player and a fully fitted kitchen. There are two double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms on the first floor and a double bedroom with separate shower room on the ground floor. It has wonderful outside space with a generous sized pool (8m by 5m) as well as an outdoor dining area and brick barbecue. It is the perfect property for both families and couples alike. The restaurants, shops and bars of the stunning town of Pollenca are only a 5 minute drive away and the beaches of Purto Pollenca, with their shallow shelving perfect for families, is 15 minutes away by car. Ca’n Tortet is a 55 minute drive from Palma airport.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
