Ca’n Moixet is cosy and charming villa set in pretty countryside between Pollença town and the coast. From the villa you can enjoy lovely views of the area’s most distinctive landmark, the hill "Puig Maria", which is definitely worth the steep but short hike to the top.
The convenient location of just 5 minutes by car to the vibrant and historic old town of Pollença and only a 10 minutes drive to the beaches of Puerto Pollença allows the villa to serve as a fantastic base for exploring the north of Mallorca. If you feel like staying at the villa rather than exploring, the expansive lawns provide a safe space for young children or youngsters to enjoy outdoor activities and the cover dining terrace or poolside summer house are great places to enjoy a drink and meal after a games on the lawn or a dip in the pool.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
