Villa Elysian is a beautiful contemporary 3 bedroom villa surrounded by olive trees and a walled garden that encircles the house. With a fully equipped kitchen leading to an open plan living area and an outside pool (8.8 x 4.5m), its the perfect spot for families and friends. For the younger guests, the walled, lawned gardens provide a perfect play space, with shade from the olive trees and a small slide and swing set. Pool and garden lighting make these grounds ideal for evening drinks on the glass-fronted roof terrace before strolling to one of several local tavernas. For a wider choice, Villa Elysian is conveniently located between Tsilivi to the south and Alykes to the north, each just a 10 to fifteen-minute drive away. Sandy, gently-shelving beaches and an aquamarine sea are conveniently reachable on foot in five to 15 minutes. Smoking - not allowed. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
