Villa Nafsika sits in the same gated grounds as Villa Ekavi, and shares the same outstanding sea views. The house is decked out in contemporary country style, with high beamed ceilings, traditional wrought iron beds and crisp linen. Outside, the pool area lets you enjoy the brilliant southern sunshine all day long, with plenty of shady terracing for your morning coffee or a long lazy lunch. Villa Nafsika’s location is excellent – just a short stroll into the village of Agios Stephanos, where you can shop for basic provisions, dine on fresh Greek delicacies or hire a little boat to explore the coastline. Kerasia beach and taverna are just a few hundred metres further, or for those who enjoy exploring on foot, there are links up to a coastal path to Kouloura, Kalami and Agni. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
