• A mandatory local tourist tax & fees per adult per night will be charged prior to your arrival. This tax is not included in the total amount on the website. The tax is usually processed through credit card - one of our representatives will be in touch to get your details.
• A security deposit is required, to be processed by bank transfer, no less than 7 days prior to your arrival. The security deposit is refunded on the Tuesday following the weekend of your departure.
This superbe property, located in a high end private domaine, offers 6 ensuite bedrooms, the most spectacular views over the Bay of Saint Tropez, air-conditioning, gym and a beautiful pool and heated Jacuzzi.
Villa Diandra is a magnificent property that sits at the top of the hill of a prestigious private domaine and benefits from total peace and quiet. The house is divided over 2 floors and from the main floor guests will enjoy the spectacular views from all corners of the villa.
There is a large main living room with large bay windows opening up to the terrace with Jacuzzi and several outdoor seating areas. Steps lead down to the pool area from here.
This floor also offers a fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast island and adjacent dining room.
In terms of bedrooms there are 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor, on on each side of the house. The Master bedroom of approximately 23 sqm, with ensuite bathroom, office space and opens onto the outside. The second double bedroom has its own bathroom as well and opens onto an outdoor terrace from which stairs lead down to the pool area.
The additional 4 bedrooms can be found on the garden level, again each bedroom with its own bathrooms and 3 open onto the garden and pool area.
There is a pool house with guest toilet and shower available with a large lounge sofa, table football for entertainment and gym equipment for those who would like to work out.
The large pool of 12x6m is surrounded by great terrace that has shaded and sunny areas suitable for all types of holiday makers. comfortable sunloungers and umbrellas are available throughout the outdoor living areas (pool area and upper terrace)
A delightful and shaded dining/lunch area is available next to the pool with a Weber gas BBQ, ideal for long summer lunches or al fresco dining.
The property sits on a large plot of land of over 3000 sqm, South facing. The villa offers 650 sqm of living space plus a further 150 sqm of outdoor living areas. Fiber optic internet is available, multiple televisions throughout the house, ample parking space within the property’s gate and closed garage available upon request.
