With a full eat-in kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a spacious wrap-around outdoor deck, a comfortable living room & a finished-off lower level, this home is ideal for a week-long ski getaway in the winter. Or enjoy all the summer in the Berkshires has to offer. The Space: Note: This is a listing for TWO separate units. One unit is 3BR/2.5BA; second unit has 3BR/3BA. *** Both units are not adjacent/next to each other. Come home from skiing/hiking and relax with complimentary WIFI, Netflix/Hulu, and coffee! From the historic General Store downtown, local bookstores and seasonal farmer’s markets to the Historic Millerton Inn, to skiing at nearby Catamount, Great Barrington and Hudson, there is plenty to do all year round... Guest Access: There is a community beach within short walking distance for swimming and sunbathing. Interaction with Guests: I am always available via the message app, email, or through text :) The Neighborhood: We are members of the Taconic Shores Property Owners Association. We take great pride in our community and maintain the neighborhood for a quiet and safe year-round enjoyment. Other Things to Note: Security camera/recording device — Front - Facing entrance; camera is turned on 24/7 (no audio) and records people coming in/out of the listing No smoking No pets No parties or events Late check out fee is at $75/hour There’s a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors Please leave heat at 55-60F upon check out; if heat is left on at a higher temperature than 60F upon check out, we may need to charge a $25 fee. No weapons or firearms allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to police and the contract will be immediately terminated. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen and traditionally this was managed via a security deposit by the guest or by the owner charging the guest for damages. This is highly unpleasant and puts a bitter taste in everyone’s mouth. With our “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage by the guest up to $1,500 is covered unless it’s specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. Relax and Enjoy the stay! It’s vacation time, so enjoy it with the peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damage occurs, you are protected with coverage! A $35 damage deposit waiver has been included in the cleaning fee for this incidental coverage ($60 value!). This applies for all reservations made on or after 1/1/2021. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. Important note: The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following: - You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions. - You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be: 1. 22 years old for out of town guests 2. 25 years old for local guests Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am each day. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
