Villa Veranda is a dethatched Farmhouse which is part of the Borghetto Andrea Tafi private country estate that consists in various hectares of immaculate countryside, olive groves, secret gardens and a shared pool between 4 other units.
Villa Veranda has been crafted and lovingly restored from an old farmhouse and it is provided with a nice pool and garden with views of the immaculate Tuscan landscape. The Villa is private but it is in a Borgo so there are some shared area among which the pool and the laundry area.
Situated amongst the rolling hills of Lamporecchio, easy access to Lucca, Pisa, Florence and Pistoia and surrounded by olive groves and pristine views, this secluded five-bedroom offers the perfect escape for a romantic honeymoon, family vacation, or couples retreat.
Composition:
the rental is composed of a semi-dethatched unit on two floor with a private patio in a big farmhouse and an hayloft (the veranda) on one floor as follows:
Ground Floor: kitchen, dining room, twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
First Floor: 1 master suite with fireplace and bathroom, 2 master bedrooms with 1 bath-room.
Hayloft: a grand living room, 1 master bedroom, 1 bathroom.
Laundry open 24 hours with shared washing machine for fee of 25 euros per 6 tokens (you can make a washer with 1 token). A drying rack available in the house.
Pool closes every day at 7pm.
