Phoenix II by Property Manager LLC is located directly on the beach and comes with the most beautiful views right from your own private balcony.
There’s plenty to do and see when you stay at this family-friendly beach resort. Enjoy a moment of tranquility each morning as you watch the waves roll in from the balcony and then head down the boardwalk to sit on the white sands of Orange Beach.
Relax in the sparkling outdoor pool or let the kids play in the kiddie pool under the mushroom waterfall or take a walk to the beach on the private boardwalk. Grill out with family and friends on the community grills and hang out under the gazebo.
There are plenty of dining options all around the resorts, including just steps away - walk across the street to Doc’s Seafood or Live Bait Bar & Grill. Amazing food and a fun atmosphere.
Phoenix II comes with so many great amenities to keep you as busy or relaxed as you wish! Amenities include 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, a racquetball court, 2 hot tubs, and a fitness center that both overlook the gulf. Our snowbird guests feel right at home here. Phoenix II is also home to one of the ONLY heated condo pools on the island!

Parking
• You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made.
• Parking passes cost $55 per vehicle with a maximum of 2 passes per reservation. Passes can be purchased on-site at the Front Desk once you complete the online registration.
Things to know
• The fitness room is open only at Phoenix IV(4 person max) guests can get a code at Phoenix III.
• Please note we don’t provide beach towels
• Security camera/recording device — “For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.”
• For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old.
