The house is a designer built home with quality finishings and offers a comfortable, homely feel for you and your family.
The downstairs area has the master bedroom, with a king bed and large bathroom. The high end kitchen, large dining area and family room are located on the ground level.
The first floor has 2 bedrooms with a king bed and 2 single beds as well as the large second bathroom with a bath separate from the shower
There is second rear garden room that offers a bedroom, bathroom and a 2nd kitchen/living area, perfect for a multiple families wishing to book and stay - please contact us for the additional fee.

Please note: Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.
