The living room is provided with a large TV, a sofa-bed (with a double-size mattress) with 2 armchairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with 4-barstools. The bedroom has a king-size bed and built-in closets. The bathroom with a shower is located in the corridor. There is also a washer and dryer available. This unit provides you with 860 sq. ft. of living space, a code-lock safety box, free WiFi, 1 cable TV (in the living room), beach chairs, and beach towels (with daily exchange service) are all available for your comfort. THE RESORT This Beach Resort Aruba has a swimming pool and a sperate large hot tub, a children’s pool, and several sunny or shaded lounge areas to enjoy the tranquility of the resort with its luscious tropical landscaping. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. There is also a children’s playground, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills plus an ice machine for guests’ use, and a communal rooftop lounging area to enjoy Aruba’s sunsets. On-site there is a fitness room, a day Spa - Blue Waters Day Spa - and a mini-market/coffeeshop. Ample free parking within the 24/7 secured gated complex. For all our Prestige guests, upon check-in, you will receive your beach towels, which can be exchanged once a day and free of charge at our exclusive desk in the lobby. Each of the rental properties managed by Property Manager is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.
