Located at the Beach Resort Aruba just a few steps away from the famous Eagle Beach. The resort’s tropical landscaping and its amenities are all at your doorstep. Soak up the sun from a chaise lounge around the resort pool deck or enjoy the beach under a palapa and cool off in the Caribbean ocean, the choice is yours. The bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The living room is provided with a TV, a sofa, a 4-seat glass dining table, and a kitchen. This unit provides you with 560 sq. ft., a code-lock safety box, free Wi-Fi, and 2 cable TVs (in the living room and bedroom), beach chairs, and beach towels (with daily exchange service) are all available for your comfort. Sleeps 2 guests in 1 bed. Please note that this condo does not have its own private outdoor space, no outdoor view, and no in-room washer/dryer. THE RESORT This Beach Resort Aruba has a swimming pool and a sperate large hot tub, a children’s pool, and several sunny or shaded lounge areas to enjoy the tranquility of the resort with its luscious tropical landscaping. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. There is also a children’s playground, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills plus an ice machine for guests’ use, and a communal rooftop lounging area to enjoy Aruba’s sunsets. On-site there is a fitness room, a day Spa - Blue Waters Day Spa - and a mini-market/coffeeshop. Ample free parking within the 24/7 secured gated complex. For all our Prestige guests, upon check-in, you will receive your beach towels, which can be exchanged once a day and free of charge at our exclusive desk in the lobby. Each of the rental properties managed by Property Manager is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach. THE BEACH AND AREA This is located just a few steps away from the world-famous Eagle Beach, well-known for its 50-yards wide pristine soft white sand, turquoise waters, and breath-taking sunsets. Within about 1 mile from this resort, there are several water sports companies, beach bars, great restaurants, spas, casinos, a gas station, coffeehouses, a movie theater with a food court (The Movies IMAX Gloria), a supermarket (Super Food Plaza), the Hospital, a pharmacy, a golf course, and Beach Tennis Aruba.
