It is one of the most efficient within our smaller units; it has a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a built-in closet; a full modern bathroom; a queen-size sofa-bed in the living room; a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with a 3-seat dining bar-table; a washer/dryer facility. There is a regular balcony (adjacent to the living room) from which you thus have the spectacular ocean view!
This comfortable and efficient 1-bedroom condo is physically just 100 yards from the world-renown white-sandy Eagle Beach of Aruba. A code-lock safety box, free Wi-Fi, and two cable TVs are available for your comfort. This unit is located in the Palm (=beach-facing) building on the fifth or top floor. - Sleeps max 4.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
