Nestled on the second floor of a historic home, this thoughtfully designed space offers comfort, charm and convenience in the heart of Charleston. Step into a cozy living area featuring plush seating for five and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. Just beyond the living room, a fully equipped kitchen awaits with stainless steel appliances, a spacious farmhouse sink, and everything you need to whip up breakfast or a gourmet dinner. Enjoy your coffee at the high-top table for two or dine al fresco on the private piazza, where a classic diner-style table seats six, with additional high-top seating nearby - perfect for Charleston’s mild evenings. Off the piazza, you’ll find the first bedroom, complete with a king sized bed, a striking original fireplace, and a romantic ensuite bathroom featuring a timeless clawfoot tub. As you move through the home, you’ll pass a charming butler’s pantry and coffee bar en route to the second ensuite bedroom, which offers a queen size bed, another beautifully preserved fireplace with detailed tile work, and a walk-in shower in it’s private bath. Two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other with a queen bed, share a well appointed hallway bathroom with a walk in shower. Each bedroom is equipped with it’s own flat screen TV, plush linens and spa like bath amenities for a truly comfortable stay. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay. *If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room. *Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival.
