PROPERTY DESCRIPTION The O-cean View Two-bedroom condo is a fairly new, luxurious and modern vacation rental with an elegant beach interior and stunning beach views. Situated within the newest condo resort located right along the white-sandy Eagle Beach of Aruba, rated many times favorite beach in the Caribbean and of the world. The balcony stretches across the living room and the master bedroom to maximize the ocean views and is completed with a 4-seat dining table and additional chairs to relax and enjoy the Aruba weather. The open-plan living room is provided with a large TV, a sofa-bed (with a double-size mattress), a chair (that can be converted to a single-size sofa bed), a 6-seat dining table, and a fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. There is also a half bathroom and laundry closet with a washer and dryer available. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, access to the balcony with beach views, and an en-suite modern bathroom with built-in closets, 2 vanities plus a shower. The second bedroom has 2 queen-size beds, a TV, large built-in closets, and an en-suite modern bathroom with a shower. This condo provides you with 1,590 sq. ft. of living space, a code-lock safety box, free WiFi, 3 cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom), beach chairs, and beach towels are all available for your comfort. This condo is located on the oceanside of the third floor. Sleeps 6 guests in 3 beds and a double-size sofa-bed. THE RESORT This is a brand new condo boutique resort (September 2021) located right along the white-sandy Eagle Beach of Aruba. The resort has a beachfront pool area with an infinity-edge swimming pool, lounge chairs, umbrellas, a stunning O-shaped outdoor shower, and a beach access gate. The beach access gate is only about 50 yards from Eagle Beach. There is a communal rooftop area with 2 Jacuzzis to enjoy the views and Aruba’s sunsets. All the vacation rental properties managed by Property Manager are also provided with beach towels, portable beach chairs, and coolers that can be taken to the beach.
