Located just a few steps from the famous Eagle Beach and within the Beach Resort Aruba, with a luscious resort pool and landscaping for your enjoyment. The balcony stretches across the living room to the master bedroom offering you an amazing beach view from almost every corner of the condo. It is furnished with a 4-seat dining table and 4-armchairs to relax and enjoy the views.
The open-plan living room is provided with a large smart TV, a sofa-bed (with a double-size mattress), a 6-seat dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with 4-barstools. There is also a half bathroom and an in-room washer and dryer available.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a smart TV, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, built-in closets, and access to the balcony with stunning ocean views. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a smart TV, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and built-in closets.
This condo provides you with 1,280 sq. ft. of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, 3 cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom), beach chairs, and beach towels (with daily exchange service) are all available for your comfort. This condo is located on the right corridor off the elevators on the fourth floor. Sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds, plus 1 double-size sofa-bed.
THE RESORT
This Beach Resort Aruba has a swimming pool and a sperate large hot tub, a children’s pool, and several sunny or shaded lounge areas to enjoy the tranquility of the resort with its luscious tropical landscaping. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. There is also a children’s playground, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills plus an ice machine for guests’ use, and a communal rooftop lounging area to enjoy Aruba’s sunsets. On-site there is a fitness room, a day Spa - Blue Waters Day Spa - and a mini-market/coffeeshop. Ample free parking within the 24/7 secured gated complex. For all our Prestige guests, upon check-in, you will receive your beach towels, which can be exchanged once a day and free of charge at our exclusive desk in the lobby. Each of the rental properties managed by Property Manager is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.

This is located just a few steps away from the world-famous Eagle Beach, well-known for its 50-yards wide pristine soft white sand, turquoise waters, and breath-taking sunsets. Within about 1 mile from this resort, there are several water sports companies, beach bars, great restaurants, spas, casinos, a gas station, coffeehouses, a movie theater with a food court (The Movies IMAX Gloria), a supermarket (Super Food Plaza), the Hospital, a pharmacy, a golf course, and Beach Tennis Aruba.
