Property Manager Villa Holidays is proud to present Northern Savonia Villa 1064. 75 km southwest of Kuopio, Lake Pieni-Myhijärvi 30 m (length 5 km, width 600 m), shallow, hard, gently deepening sand bottom, own boat.
Log cottage 1998, kitchen-living room, bedroom with double bed, sauna (wood-burning stove), bathroom, dressing room and terrace. Upstairs bedroom with double bed, loft with double bed, balcony.
Free internet access. TV 36’ Gently sloping hill from cottage to shore. Grassy yard, birches. Grill shelter and campfire place on shore.
Waste shed woodshed in yard.
Area is ideal for outdoor activities. Owner rents out outboard motor, water-skiing equipment. Smoke sauna (heated) at extra cost.Tennis court ( a voluntary payment).
In winter ski trails, sledding hill and lean-to shelter. Possible to rent a moveable tub, additional information from the owner.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
