The open plan living area is provided with a large TV, a leather sofa-bed (with a double-size mattress), a 6-seat round dining table, and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. There is a laundry room just off the kitchen with washer-dryer and storage facilities. The half bathroom is also located in the living area. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV, walk-in closets, a chair, and access to the balcony with superb views. The master bedroom offers a full modern en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a TV, built-in closets, and access to the balcony with incredible views. The second bedroom also offers a full modern en-suite bathroom with a shower. This unit provides you with 1,325 square feet of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, three cable TVs (in the living room and each bedroom). This unit is located on the right corridor off the elevators on the third floor. Sleeps 6 guests in 2 beds and a double-size sofa-bed. THE RESORT This Beach Resort Aruba has a swimming pool and a sperate large hot tub, a children’s pool, and several sunny or shaded lounge areas to enjoy the tranquility of the resort with its luscious tropical landscaping. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. There is also a children’s playground, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills plus an ice machine for guests’ use, and a communal rooftop lounging area to enjoy Aruba’s sunsets. On-site there is a fitness room, a day Spa - Blue Waters Day Spa - and a mini-market/coffeeshop. Ample free parking within the 24/7 secured gated complex. For all our Prestige guests, upon check-in, you will receive your beach towels, which can be exchanged once a day and free of charge at our exclusive desk in the lobby. Each of the rental properties managed by Property Manager is also provided with its own portable beach chairs (stored away on the ground floor of the premises) and coolers that can be taken to the beach.
