Log cottage 1999, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 beds, sleeping gallery (15 m²) with 4 beds, kitchen-living room, dressing room, washroom, sauna (both elec. and wood heated stove), terrace (64 m²). High standard log cottage by the Lake Pielinen in Hattusaari. There is air heat pump (heatingcooling) in the cottage. Big, partly roofed terrace. Two own beaches, another beach has own jetty and boat. beach suitable for children. Good possibilities for fishing, fishing equipment at guests’ disposal. Drinking water will be delivered to the cottage and clients can bring more water from Neste Kolinportti or buy from grocery shop Sale in Koli village. Tap water comes from the lake through filters. Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
