Dodici Luxury VillaI is a newly built two-storey house 500 m² with a pool of 40m² (can be heated upon request for an extra charge), just a few meters from the sea, able to accommodate up to 13 people. It is located in the seaside village of Panormo, a picturesque fishing village, 21 km from the city of Rethymnon.
Dodici Luxury Villa is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 13 people. It has 6 bedrooms, with double beds measuring 2X 1.60 and 1 single bed measuring 90 X 2 m. All bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower, 32-inch TV with satellite channels and NETFLIX, air condition, wardrobe and mirror, beautiful and comfortable decoration designed to relax you. On the ground floor of the house the guest will find 2 bedrooms with double beds and private bathroom, air condition, TV and sea and pool views. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
