Get set for the best experience yet, this property really is the perfect entertainer - Two Separate Residences on 4.6 Acres of beautiful farmland, located within the Port Stephens Peninsula, a short drive to the oceans edge of the infamous Birubi Beach, and so many more surf and swimming beaches, this property is set for a large group of 13 Guests, and your pet dogs.
Gorgeously situated within beautiful Bobs Farm, just before Anna Bay in Port Stephens, this fantastic property creates a leafy, tranquil escape, bordered by Worimi National Park and within easy reach of some of arguably the best beaches in the area, let alone the world.
Perfect for a large or extended family, group of friends, or travelling nomads, the property features two entirely separate homes set on a lush 4.6 acres. Crisp and contemporary within, including air conditioning, ceiling fans, and free Wi-Fi, the main residence features two separate living spaces, one with a pool table, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a great outdoor entertaining area.
Additionally, a separate perfectly sized, rear guest house offers open-plan living, a full kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, complete with all the modern cons, including air conditioning, smart tv, Wi-fi and more throughout both properties.
There is ample parking on site, off the road, behind closed gates, for multiple cars, boats, caravans, jet skis, and more! There is a freestanding double garage at the rear of the property, behind a second set of gates, for additional security, and a boat shed.
The whole property is fully enclosed with an electronic gate at the front, and multiple areas further enclosed to ensure that safety and enclosure of the family pets.
The property itself is set in a picturesque parcel of land, framed by lush greenery bordered by Worimi National Park, whilst inside of the property you will find it is light filled, both residences are attractively presented, accentuated by crisp design and a muted palette, throughout.
The living space made up of lounge-dining with open plan fully equipped modern kitchen, with pantry and breakfast bar, plus a rear games/ family room with kitchenette, with an additional room, sleeping quarters, and enclosed WC.
The front lounge room opens out to sunny balcony at front of the property, overlooking the front paddocks, whilst the family room at the rear, opens up to a spacious outdoor entertaining area at back of the property, complete with electric blinds to protect you from the elements, Smart tv and outdoor lounge area.
Follow Tilligerry Creek to access Lemon Tree Passage, Soldiers Point, Port Stephens and Nelson Bay by water, or join Nelson Bay Road an easy drive either towards Port Stephens, Newcastle region or the Hunter Valley Region. Located in a short drive to the Shark and Ray centre, Koala Sanctury Port Stephens, cafes, restaurants and wineries, and a 15–20-minute drive to all the local attractions in Nelson Bay.
