With ten beds across six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, The Farm is perfect for extended family, friends, or events. Old McDonald himself could fit all his friends with room to spare. The Farm is the only space to bring everyone together in one room. Twelve people fit around the living room fireplace on one couch and at the dining table. When it’s time to go separate ways, the home has fiber internet, five TVs with satellite, DVD players with movies (each main bedroom has a TV), a hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, stocked fishing pond (poles on site), fire pit, and two covered porches for relaxing. The kitchen has prep items and appliances for your farm favorites, including a massive coffee and beverage center. The large gas/charcoal grill is covered for rainy days, and picnic tables let you take the party outside. Each bedroom has a farm theme. The top floor has four bedrooms: Pond View (pig room, king bed, master suite); Cottonwood (king bed); Lamb room (attached Jack-and-Jill bathroom); Rolling Meadows (chicken room, queen bed). Barn Vista (cow room) has two queen beds and an attached bathroom. The main level has the primary master suite, the horse room with saddles and hats, a king bed, seating area, and private porch. The basement bedroom has a queen bed, three twin beds, and a bathroom. Everyone can find their getaway at The Farm. Pricing is for four people. The first floor of the king’s residence includes a master bedroom and bathroom; the second floor has another king bedroom and bathroom. Other bedrooms will be locked. 5–6 guests: King bedroom 3 and bathroom (2nd floor) unlocked. 7–8 guests: King bedroom 3 and queen bedroom 4 unlocked. 9–12 guests: King bedrooms 2 & 3, queen bedroom 4, and bedroom 5 with two queens and bathroom unlocked. 13+ guests: Basement bedroom unlocked; sofa sleeper bedding in main master bedroom available. The Farm is the only space to bring everyone together in one room. You’ll fit 12 people around the fireplace in the living room on one couch and the dining room table. When it’s time for everyone to go their way, the whole home has fiber internet, 5 TVs with satellite, and DVD Players with movies (yes, each main bedroom has a television), a hot tub, a pool table, a ping pong table, a stocked fishing pond (fishing poles on site), fire pit, and two different covered porches for relaxing.
When it’s time to feed everyone, the kitchen has your favorite prep items and small electrics to help you make your farm favorites, including our massive coffee and beverage center. The gas/charcoal grill is large enough for even the most packed house and covered for that inconvenient rainy day, and the picnic tables allow you to take the party outside.
When it’s time for everyone to choose a room, they each have their farm theme. Our top floor has four bedrooms beginning with Pond View, our pig room, a master suite with a king bed, our second king bed on the upper floor is in the Cottonwood room, and our lamb room has an attached Jack and Jill bathroom. On the other side is Rolling Meadows, our chicken room with a queen bed. Barn Vista, our cow room, has two queen beds with an attached bathroom. The main level has the primary master suite, our horse room with saddles and hats. This private retreat houses a king bed, seating area, and private porch. Our basement bedroom has a queen, three twin beds, and a bathroom.

**There is a $75 fee per pet for our pet-friendly properties.
The price structure is the rate for four people. The king master bedroom and bathroom on the first floor and an additional king bedroom and bathroom on the 2nd floor will be open. All other bedrooms will be locked.
5–6 guests: King bedroom 3 and bathroom (located on the 2nd floor) will be unlocked.
7–8 guests: King bedroom 3 & queen bedroom 4 (located on the 2nd floor) be unlocked.
9–12 guests: King bedroom 2, king bedroom 3, queen bedroom 4, and bedroom 5 with two queen beds and bathroom (all located on the 2nd floor) will be unlocked.
13+ guests: The basement bedroom will be unlocked. Bedding for a sofa sleeper located in the main level master bedroom will also be made available.
