Property Manager Villa Holidays is proud to present Lapland Villa 1031. 40 km north of Kolari, in Äkäslompolo, a log cottage, built 2016. 150 m², downstairs with 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and other with 2 separate beds, livingroomkitchen, spacious sauna (electric heated), washroom, toilet. Upstairs with 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, other with 2 separate beds, toilet, shower, hydro massage bath. Other: warm storage with ski waxing table.
Gas grill (can be used between 1.6. - 31.10. client has to clean the grill after use), baby bed and high chair (please inform if needed). High quality holiday apartment in Myllylehto area. Final cleaning, bed linen (beds made) and firewoods are included in the price. When booking the cottage, please inform which beds will you use (so that the staff knows which beds are supposed to make ready).

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
