This is a really lovely, characterful first floor apartment, with high ceilings, at the rear of an imposing old residential property right by Christchurch Park, it’s just a short stroll down the hill to the main town centre and the business district, and a 15 minute walk to the popular Waterfront area. ** Minimum age for children is 8 years old. Additional security deposit applies.** The apartment is a good size and is furnished to a very comfortable level with a fully equipped kitchen including fridge with freezer box, oven/hob, microwave, toaster, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, and sufficient cooking/serving equipment for your day-to-day catering. You will be provided on arrival with a welcome pack of basics such as bread, butter, milk, cereal, eggs, beans and tea/coffee. We also provide essentials such as washing up liquid, kitchen rolls, cooking oil, salt and pepper. The living room has a sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs for four people and a Smart TV. Free to air terrestrial channels are provided and also the facility for you to view your own streaming content. Due to the large sash windows in both bedroom and living room that overlook the rear of the property, it has lots of natural light - but also blackout curtains. The bedroom has a comfortable king-size (5ft) bed, wardrobe and dressing table. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and basin - welcome toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) are provided. To reach the front door there are some steps, and then another set of internal stairs to reach the apartment, so it is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
