A unique property in the town of Pollença, located very close to the centre, just a short walk from the main square. The house has been carefully restored, preserving the original terracotta flooring and wooden beams throughout the property. It features a large and beautiful garden and parking area. Right in the centre of the garden, there is a modern jacuzzi with loungers around it, and next to this is a table with chairs, ideal for dining outdoors. There is an independent covered terrace with comfortable seating next to the built-in barbecue, and another lovely corner with traditional Mallorcan rocking chairs, in the shade of a pergola.
The interior of the villa, with plenty of light, is decorated and furnished with great taste, providing a very welcoming atmosphere. The living-dining room is spacious and bright and features an ornamental fireplace, satellite television and DVD. The kitchen is very well equipped with custom-made cabinets, mosaic floors and an independent pantry (where the dishwasher is located). This part of the house has two bedrooms, a large double room with an en-suite bathroom and another double room with two single beds, as well as a full bathroom.
On the other hand, the third bedroom is located in the annex, which is accessed by an independent staircase. This room is a large independent attic with a table and chairs, an American kitchen, a bathroom and a door that leads to a lovely terrace with views of the surrounding rooftops and the Puig de Maria hill, as well as the garden and the jacuzzi below.
Important information:
The jacuzzi is available at no cost from 1 April to 31 October.
From June to September, the water is kept at ambient temperature.
In April, May and October, the jacuzzi will be warm, although it will never exceed 30 °C.
To conserve heat, it is important to keep the jacuzzi covered with the thermal cover whenever it is not being used.
This is an ideal holiday home for a family or group of friends looking for peace and tranquillity and an isolated garden area with a swimming pool, without losing the experience of being in the centre of the village. Local bakeries, shops and restaurants are just a short walk away, and the area’s large beaches are a short drive away.

The town's historic center is a labyrinth of narrow, winding streets that lead to the grand Plaça Major, the main square. Here, visitors can admire the imposing 13th-century church, Església de Nostra Senyora dels Àngels, and enjoy the bustling weekly market where local artisans and farmers showcase their products.
Pollença's Roman bridge, known as "Pont Romà," is a testament to the town's ancient past and is a popular spot for photographs. At the top, the Oratory of Calvari is a peaceful sanctuary worth visiting.
