Located in the quaint village of Hinderwell, you’ll be perfectly placed to explore stunning North Yorkshire and all that it has to offer. The Space: Homely in style, Linden Lea has a spacious living room with neutral tones and a relaxing feel. A comfy corner sofa, coffee table and a flat-screen TV make up the living space where you can unwind with your loved ones. Sky TV is provided so you can keep up with your favourite programmes during your stay. You’ll be able to make the most of your self-catering break at Linden Lea as the kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances you could possibly need. Featured in the kitchen is an oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and a toaster, along with a washer and dryer in the utility area of the space. A cosy dining area can also be found in the kitchen space in the form of a traditional white table and matching chairs. The main dining room includes a large oval table with cushioned seating for six to ensure that all guests at Linden Lea can be catered for in comfort. The property has three large bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and features a comfy double bed. The second and third bedrooms can be found on the second floor - one boasting a king size bed and the other a twin. Each bedroom has plush bedding and premium bed linens to ensure you have a comfortable nights sleep during your stay. The family bathroom is located on the first floor and benefits from a bathtub with both overhead and handheld showers, wash basin and WC. Head outside and you’ll find a fantastic, immaculate private garden featuring outdoor furniture, along with a large lawned area. Perfect for soaking up the summer sun and taking in the crisp winter air, the outdoor space at Linden Lea is a real treat! Property Manager are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay. Guest Access: Guests have access to the whole of Linden Lea. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. Private on-site parking is available for up to two vehicles. Please note that Linden Lea is spread across three floors. Interaction with Guests: We’re always available for our guests so please don’t hesitate to get in touch. The Neighborhood: Hinderwell is a delightful village located perfectly half way between the seaside towns of Whitby and Saltburn-by-the-Sea. Perfect for exploring the coastline and also the North York Moors National Park, it’s a great base for exploring North Yorkshire. Head just a couple of miles in either direction and you’ll be in the stunning coastal villages of Runswick Bay and Staithes. Renowned for their fishing traditions, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped back in time in these charming spots. Take a trip to Whitby and you’ll be able to enjoy the Blue Flag West Cliff beach, an abundance of mediaeval, narrow streets, fish restaurants, and arcades. At the Victorian town of Saltburn, you can take the oldest functioning cliff lift in the UK down to the 208-metre pier which stretches out into the sea. Colourful boutique beach huts and high cliffs tower in the distance. Getting Around: Hinderwell has great bus links. Hop on the X4 bus route and you can visit many popular destinations such as Whitby and Saltburn, and if you’re after some retail therapy, stay on board to visit Middlesbrough. The closest train station to Hinderwell is located in Whitby and it’s a short 20-minute drive from Linden Lea. From Whitby there are regular routes to Middlesbrough, Sunderland and Newcastle, along with the North Yorkshire Moors Railway which runs to the market town of Pickering along a beautiful 25 mile route.
