In a privileged position, nesos suite offers its guests spectacular sunsets and a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Addaura and Mondello, offering the feeling of being immersed in nature between sea and sky.
The ground floor suite consists of one room
double with a "special" view of the sea, a living area with sofa bed and kitchenette, and two bathrooms, one with shower. The apartment is completed by an equipped terrace, always with a sea view, and a very fresh, shaded garden during the summer.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Please communicate the time you arrive in order to facilitate check-in.
- Late arrivals (after 20.00) are subject to a cash payment to the check-in agent of:
- - €20 from 8pm to midnight;
- - 30€ from 24h to 02h;
- - 40€ after 02h;
- For consumption, the weekly use of 50 Kw/h of electricity and 20mc3 of gas is guaranteed. The extra consumption will be €1 per Kw and €2 per cubic meter of gas.
- Change linen and towels cost 10€ per person + 20€ for delivery.
