Passing through a private gate, you enter into a romantic courtyard, with a relaxation area with large, comfortable sofas and a dining table to be used for sunny breakfasts or meals in enjoyable company.
The interior of the flat is very well cared for and designed to meet any guest’s needs, created to convey ease and confidence, just like at home.
Upon entering, there is a large living area with a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and a complete bathroom. Going upstairs there is a further bathroom with shower, with emerald green tiles. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds; both rooms are very spacious and bright, with the possibility of using them for study or work.
