Villa Clara is 4* villa and is located in Kožino - small and quiet village by the sea near the city of Zadar. Villa extends on 1400 m of land.The interior of the Villa spreads on 700m2.On the Ground floor Villa features main entrance from which it is easy to come up to all the other rooms. On the left side is the entrance to the fully equipped kitchen, on the right is a guest toilet and a small storage room. From the left side is the spaciosu living room that has a lots of daylight thanks to the glass walls that extend through the entire wall of the living room, which also overlooks the pool, the sea and the beautiful sunset. Between living room and the bedrooms there is a hallway leading to the stairs to the garage and stairs to the first floor. On the first floor, Villa features two bedrooms that share a balcony with beautiful view on the Zadar archipelago, bathroom and a second living room / library/ game room/children interior playground. Exterior of the Villa features the biggest private swimming pool dimensions 12m x 6m - depth of 1.5m to 2.5m. Spacious terrace overlooking the pool and the property extends more than 50m2. And great green lawn ideal for soccer games. The whole villa has air conditioning in every room, heater in the bathroom and free Wi-Fi. Entrance gate as well as the garage doors open remotely. In addition to a spacious garage with up to 3 parking spaces, additional rooms for various hobbies, or a massage room - on the ground floor there is a fitness center with selection of devices.
