Great little villa with magnificent panoramic sea view on the Velebit mountain, will definitely take your breath away. It’s situated on top-location, far away from crowded city, surrounded by mountains and sea. Happy place ideal for your family and friends. It is of 50m2 and consist of two bedrooms, WC, kitchen, living and dinning area. It is furnished in Greek, Mediterranean style with high quality furniture and kitchen fully equipped with high quality appliances. There is a great pool area and great roof sundeck on the top of the house. Grill, free parking, WIFI at disposal for our guests. The maximum privacy and peaceful vacation is guaranteed. In the fisherman village Vinjerac there is one of the most famous restaurants in Dalmatian area called Peco. Famous for extra fresh fish and great dalmatian specialties.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
