Property Manager Villa Holidays is proud to present Uusimaa Villa 1021. 15 km south of Porvoo, Gulf of Finland 30 m, quite shallow sanded clay bottom, but from the end of the jetty the water is already deep. No boat included in the price, but motor boat can be rented.
Wooden villa 2000, living room-kitchen, bedroom with double bed, shower room WC, sauna (electric stove), hall, glazed terrace (the glass wall facing sea can be completely opened). There is a fireplace on the terrace.
Washer and dryer in the bedroom behind the closet. Under floor heating in the bedroom and shower room toilet. Air source heat pump. Solar energy is also used to heat the villa.
Note! There is also a wood-fired stove (so called Aito-kiuas, heating requires exprerience) in the sauna. Aitokiuas is only available on the day of arrival. The owner heats it ready if customer makes a prebooking at least one week before the start of...

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
