Welcome to “Emerald Escape” - our 6 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom home in Santa Rosa Beach. LOCATION: Tucked into the pristine Cypress Breeze community, this Santa Rosa Beach home is just around the corner from the neighborhood’s huge, 14,000 square foot resort-style pool, and a short distance to public beach access and the bone-white sand beaches of the Gulf Coast. Close by at Gulf Place hosts some of the area’s most iconic dining (Shunk Gulley, Perfect Pig, Pizza by the Sea, etc.), while also offering shops, local art galleries, amphitheater space, a farmers market, and community events. PROPERTY OVERVIEW: This large, open home is thoughtfully designed for hosting families and large groups, sleeping up to 14 people across the home’s six, generously-sized bedrooms. Just off the main entryway to the left you’ll find the home’s office room, complete with laptop-friendly desk space and seating. To the right of the entryway is one of the home’s three dining areas, capable of comfortably seating seven adults. The main hallway empties into the home’s spacious first floor living room area, with ample seating space, a large-screen TV, and double-height ceilings. Around the corner from the living area you’ll find the remaining two dining areas - a three-chair breakfast bar and a dining nook that accommodates another four guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the appliances, utensils, bakeware, and crockery you would need to cook to your heart’s content. The first floor master bedroom comes with a king bed, and private en suite with both a bath tub, separate walk-in shower and split double vanity. The second floor is comprised of five bedrooms; A second and third bedroom with king beds, a fourth bedroom with a queen bed, a fifth bedroom with 2 full beds, a sixth bedroom with 2 twin beds. Off the second floor landing you’ll find the home’s game room, including plenty of seating along with a large TV, foosball table, and shuffle board. This home boasts expansive outdoor space, including a back garden with covered patio and seating, a gas grill, and an open deck with a fire pit for your evening enjoyment. The front of the home includes a two-car wide driveway, and a double garage. AMENITIES: Guests can enjoy access to the Cypress Breeze community swimming pool, which is one of the largest on the entire 30A. The Ed Walline regional beach access is just a short bike or golf cart ride away. The home provides access to a six-seater electric golf cart, four beach cruisers, beach gear, towels , fresh linens, a pack-n-play, cutlery, and cooking utensils. You will find everything you need in the home to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast. Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time. Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposed fines on guests found to be doing so. This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any and all direct consequential damages. This home is strictly non-smoking.
