The property is connected by gravel paths that wind between the lodge and cabins, creating a true Colorado hideaway. With world-class fly fishing at your doorstep, Dunton Hot Springs just minutes away, and Telluride less than an hour north, adventure and relaxation are always within reach.

The main gathering lodge (no sleeping accommodations) includes a chef’s kitchen with premium appliances, a formal dining table, and a loft game room. Step onto the heated back deck for outdoor games like horseshoes and cornhole, or unwind in the private hot tub under the stars.

• Pets welcome: up to 2 well-behaved dogs ($50/night, $400 max per stay); must confirm at booking & follow pet policy
• Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside are easily managed by using fans and opening windows at night when temps drop into the 40s.
• Property is listed for sale – guests staying a week or longer may be asked to accommodate real estate showings
• Book 7+ nights and receive an automatic 5% discount
• During the summer months, separate glamping tents are available for lounging, meditating, and day use. The on-site workout studio offers free weights and yoga mats. *Please note: the glamping tents are not available for sleeping and will not be put up until after the spring mountain runoff concludes, typically by the beginning of July, snowpack levels permitting.
Cancellation Policy: Non-refundable payment of $300 required at time of booking. $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations/changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival; any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit $300 deposit. For reservations of at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date.
