The unit is fully furnished with linens, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. Our cleaners provide a few starter disposable items for your initial arrival, any other items needed can be purchased locally. The nearest store is Walgreens, Target, and grocery stores are just a couple blocks away. This property is professionally managed by Property Manager, with an office located locally and a 24 hour emergency maintenance line if any issues should arise. There is ample public transportation in Green Bay, but this rental is within walking distance of anything you might need, including a gas station, restaurants/bars, Resch Center, Lambeau Field and more.
