Stunning 3 bedroom villa located in the heights of Nice in a private domaine with freeform pool and views over the city and Mediterranean Sea.
This is a beautiful contemporary villa renovated to a very high standard and located in the heights of Nice within walking distance to the beach (10 minutes by foot to the beach, there is the option of taking the bus back up to the domaine) and with easy access to the old town of Nice. The villa offers lovingly renovated interiours with beautiful furnishings, and accommodation is distributed over three levels.
The main entry leads up to the ground floor with spacous living dining room profiting from fabulous views over Nice and out to sea. On the same level is a well equipped modern kitchen with access to a shady breakfast terrace. The spacious Master bedroom with en suite bathroom and AC is located on the first floor, there is also a second bedroom with shower room. From the ground floor steps lead down to a studio with kitchenette, TV lounge and third bedroom, offering access to the pool terraces and garden. The TV lounge is equipped with a sofabed, which can be made up upon request.
Outside guests can enjoy the large freeform pool surrounded by lovely gardens. Another highlight is the elevated lounge terrace overlooking the pool and with spectacular views towards the Mediterranean.
