Located in the Dreta l’Eixample district, this is a perfect neighborhood for visitors looking for a safe area to be in, while still staying close to tourist sites like Casa Mila and Casa Batllo. The Girona metro stop is steps from your apartment, making the entirety of Barcelona easily accessible. This apartment in Barcelona is great for families, couples or business stays. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment size is about 80 m2. There are 2 bedrooms (one double and one bunk bed), 2 bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice balcony. The apartment also comes with access to a terrace for your private use on the roof terrace (1 floor above the apartment, accessible from the main staircase).
Both bedrooms are located on the interior side of the apartment. The first bedroom features a bunk bed, perfect for families with children. The second room features a double bed with plenty of storage space. Each bedroom also comes with its own bathroom. Each bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, and plenty of counter space.
The fully equipped kitchen is connected to the living room, showcasing the open floor plan of the apartment. There is AC, a flat screen TV, and WiFi for your convenience during your stay.
If you want to stay with your family, with friends or for business in Barcelona, in a central and calm/nice district, this fully equipped apartment will definitely fulfill your needs. This apartment building has an elevator to make your arrival very simple.

All guests are REQUIRED to fill out a pre-arrival form and SIGN a rental contract before their stay. These steps are MANDATORY to ensure a smooth check-in process and to comply with local regulations.
- Keeping things smooth:
For your comfort we will answer you in your preferred booking platform’s chat on workdays (mon-fri 9:30 am to 6:30 pm). Outside those hours our call center is at your service for phone calls for urgent matters. All other matters will be handled as soon as it is possible or picked up the next working day by our team.
- Heads up, we don’t have a reception, but we’re here to make things awesome for you!
- Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. If it’s past 6:30 PM on weekdays or it is the weekend/holiday, don’t worry! We have a key drop-off service.
Late check-in fee (excluded from the price) 30€ after 21:00 / 50€ after 00:00.
- Check-out: Always wrap things up by 11:00 AM.
- Before you make moves to the apartment, give us a call about 30-45 minutes before. No app calls or texts please, just hit us up with a regular call.
- Need help with bags? Check out "Luggit Service" - They can pick up your belongings and deliver them at 15:00 at the apartment, so you can explore the city in the meantime ;)
- Remember to send over IDs of all guests before arriving. It’s a local rule we have to follow.
- Make sure outstanding amounts are squared away before you check in.
- Don’t forget about the tourist tax – Barcelona’s tourist tax fee is 6,88 EUR. per person per night
- When confirming the booking, it is required to sign the rental agreement contract.
- Baby on board? No problem! We’ve got free baby cots, but give us a shout when you book. For the safety of your baby, there are no sheets, pillows or additional mattress in the cots, only the regulated mattress that comes with all travel cots.
