Spy Elba and sigh. Villa La Stella is a gorgeous country house set in a stunning location on the Tuscan coast, near the lively town of Bagno di Gavorrano. The villa’s elevated position affords superb sea views out to the Isle of Elba. A generous size, the property is well-suited to a multi-generational family group, and will easily accommodate up to nine guests, from grandparents to grandchildren, in its four bedrooms. The open-plan lounge and diner create a sense of space, augmented by the French doors onto the garden. Antique flourishes are found in the fireplace and writing tables, and traditional features such as exposed ceiling beams and windows latticed with terracotta tiles have been preserved, while comfortable wicker chairs offer touches of vintage charm.
